Key Responsibilities
- Delivering new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue by £5m+ per year.
- Targeting building owners, franchise operators, and competitors with a dynamic approach to business development.
- Generating market awareness of our partnership proposition through B2B connections.
- Identifying, contacting, and pitching prospective partners via networking, canvassing, and cold calling.
- Sourcing partners for rapid network growth through building conversions or new acquisitions.
- Selling partnership solutions, converting interest into negotiations, and securing board approval.
- Finalising contracts with legal support.
- Spending significant time in the field, generating leads, meeting customers, and closing deals.

- Sales or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business.
- Self-starter with a focus on generating interest and delivering results.
- Proven ability to quickly find and convert deals with tenacity.
- Track record of sourcing and delivering multiple significant deals (£250k+ investment).
- Self-sufficient, deal-focused mindset, willing to take risks to succeed.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to present compelling narratives to various audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently create interest in a proposition.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
