Job Summary:
Delta Global is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead with 5-10 years of experience to oversee the stakeholder management and localization of the global change strategy for a Workday implementation. This role will be based in the UK and requires a change expert who can engage with stakeholders across Europe, adapting the global strategy to meet local needs. If you are experienced in navigating complex change environments and passionate about supporting successful system implementations, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across the UK, France, Ireland, Sweden, and potentially Italy, ensuring alignment and addressing local concerns.
- Strategy Localization: Work closely with project teams to take the existing global change strategy and tailor it to meet the specific needs of each region.
- Implementation Support: Drive the adoption of the Workday system by engaging and preparing teams, resolving resistance, and fostering a smooth transition.
- Communication: Create clear, effective communication plans that resonate with diverse audiences, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential challenges in stakeholder engagement and work proactively to resolve them, ensuring the success of the project.
- Collaboration: Partner with global and regional teams to ensure that local nuances are considered and incorporated into the overarching strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in change management, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-country projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications: PROSCI certification is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring stakeholder buy-in across diverse geographies.
- Ability to take a global strategy and effectively localize it for regional implementation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in large-scale technology implementations, particularly HRIS or ERP systems (Workday experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English (additional language skills in French, Swedish, or Italian are a plus).
