yard[hub] web3 Growth Camp is a rapidly growing acceleration program focused on early-stage web3 startups. The second 12-week cohort has just concluded and we are enhancing the team to level up. 


We seek a dynamic leader to drive our brand presence, attract top early-stage web3 startups and investors, and establish us as a key player in the web3 ecosystem. 


You are:

- A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in growth marketing

- AI enthusiast who loves saving time and resources by using multiple innovative tools for marketing and content production

- Advanced social media user who understands how to generate organic buzz

- Data-driven decision-maker with a track record of measurable results

- Fluent in English


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand trust and industry presence

- Create compelling narratives that resonate with startups, investors, and partners

- Drive audience growth across all platforms (social media, website, events)

- Optimize startup application funnel for both quantity and quality

- Expand and engage our investor network through market presence 

- Plan and execute high-impact events (virtual and in-person) 

- Manage budget and report on ROI of marketing initiatives


Your Impact:

- Increased brand visibility and thought leadership in the web3 space

- Growth in high-quality applications for the acceleration program

- Expanded pool of engaged investors for our portfolio companies

- Higher website traffic and improved conversion rates

- Engaged socials which add to the brand value and influence

- Stronger partnerships within the blockchain ecosystem


Required Experience:

- 5+ years in marketing, 2+ in leadership roles, preferably in tech or finance

- Proven track record of driving growth in startups or fast-paced environments

- Experience with web3 technologies (DeFi, NFTs, cryptocurrencies) preferred OR strong track record in web2 projects of similar type 

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools (analytics, CRM, social media management)

- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

- Advanced use of AI tools for content creation, analytics, task automation, design
