We are exclusively retained by one of the UK’s leading high end property developers who are looking to appoint a head of marketing for one of their leadings projects in Oxfordshire.

This is not just property development, they are building a brand and destination for entertainment, socialising, and exploration. At the heart of the project is a collection of high end design and finish homes that have been curated by one of the worlds leading architects. This is an exclusive conclave for the ultra-high net worth individuals to relax and be at home. Alongside this is a number of entertainment and visitor attractions which the client intends to become a destination location.

They now want to appoint a values and design led head of marketing to help build to vision and story for the development. They want you to have a passion for brand creation where there is a genuinely empathy and feeling about what is being developed.

You will be a degree qualified marketeer who has detailed experience in either the prime residential market, luxury hotels or visitor attraction/ destination location industry. It is essential that you have experience of overseeing and managing the brand story creation and have the ability to execute projects to a high degree of professionalism.

At the heart of the scheme is a desire to do something differently, they want someone that can see property development as a value add to a region and someone that is inspired by architecture and design. You will be dealing with a number of high profile and ultra high net worth clientele so a background and experience of operating in this world would be a distinct advantage.

To illustrate the importance of the role to the group you would report directly into the group managing director whilst also working closely with the onsite development and delivery team to influence and direct the project from a brand perspective.

Key requirements

  • Degree qualified (ideally in art/ design biased discipline)
  • 10 years experience in marketing and brand creation
  • Detailed background in prime property development, luxury hotels or world-renowned destination location attractions
  • A passion and desire for brand creation and story telling to bring it to life.
  • A strong interest in architecture and high end design
  • Comfortable and experienced in dealing with ultra high net worth individuals or high profile clientele.
  • Experience of curating and delivering a brand and values based marketing strategy
  • Used to operating autonomously and taking responsibility for decision making at a strategic level
