Power Platform Delivery Lead

The Power Platform Delivery Lead reports to the Delivery Director and is a critical role in delivery of Power Platform and connected services to Ingentive customers and internal teams. You will provide deep knowledge and experience of Power Platform and supporting systems that we use to provide low code solutions to our enterprise customers. You’ll also use these skills to support the rest of the business in operating efficiently. You will be able to analyse needs or problems, propose cost-effective and efficient solutions, present solutions to customers and implement those solutions. You will manage each delivery and communicate with all stakeholders about the benefits of each solution, the timescales, and project progress. You will run a team of technical staff, ensuring they are meeting delivery expectations and progressing their technical skills over time.

Essential Expertise

• Expert in Power Platform development and implementation.

• Highly experienced in delivering Power Platform in enterprise environments.

• Strong experience in supporting presales activities and bids for Power Platform.

• Strong understanding of the wider Microsoft solution space.

• Highly experience in estimating large scale Power Platform solutions.

• Experience delivering PowerApps with external connectors to enterprise tools such as Service Now.

• Highly experienced and confident in consulting with clients to deliver solutions.

• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to self-manage complex workloads.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and user centric application development.

• Strong skills in Power FX, Microsoft Graph and D365.

• Power Platform certifications.

• Experience running and line managing teams of technical staff.


Desirable Expertise

• Experience delivering Low-Code AI solutions.

• Experience delivering tools and plugins in Teams.

• Experience delivering Copilot connected solutions.


Objectives and Responsibilities

On a daily basis your varied role will include, but will not be limited to:

• Architecting and delivering Power Platform solutions for customers.

• Line managing and growing a team of technical staff.

• Ensuring quality of Power Platform delivery.

• Ensuring customer systems and internal development systems are operational.

• Actively participating in presales activities and building relationships with customers.

• Providing thought leadership in the industry and driving brand and practice awareness.

• Providing leadership and direction for your practice and broadcasting that to the wider business.

• Ensuring the quality of estimation and accuracy of work delivery.

• Providing input and enforcing process and controls.• Growing relationships with Microsoft and key suppliers.
