Production Coordinator

As a Production Co-ordinator your role is pivotal in supporting the Creative Production team. We are looking for an efficient, focussed and organised individual who will support the timely execution of multiple projects at the same time. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong multitasking abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling & Planning - Assist in the creation of production schedules, ensuring that all timelines, milestones, and deadlines are met. Coordinate with teams to prioritise tasks and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate any changes.

Budgeting - Maintain accurate records of production budgets and organise setting up new suppliers and raising purchase orders.

Production Logistics - Organise the movement of stock, samples and equipment to and from production locations.

Team Collaboration – working closely with all departments to co-ordinate and manage the distribution of creative assets.

Shoot Assistance – Support the Creative Producer with the planning and coordination of editorial shoots including research, site visits and liaising with freelance HMUA, model bookers, stylists.


Experience

Previous experience in a production-related or administrative based role, preferably as a production assistant or coordinator. Experience in managing multiple consecutive deliverables and working with cross functional teams is essential.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and encourage cross-functional working.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Previous experience with project management tools is preferable.
