AWS Product Analyst

Excellent opportunity for AWS Cloud Product Analyst/Consultant to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.
Key Responsibilities :
- AWS Cloud Environment Linux Patch Management, Upgrades ,Installation and Trouble shooting , Responsible to BAU Support. Manage Incident/Change/Problem/Asset Management using ITSM tool Service Now.
- Perform RHEL System Administration on RHEL7/8 and Amazon Linux 2. Support development teams with their AWS (Amazon Web Services) deployments and troubleshoot issues. Assist in configuration through amendment of Chef Cookbooks
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with Jenkins pipelines used for CI/CD. Implement/Deploy AWS in large, regulated enterprise environment
- Monitor the IT estate using tools such as Datadog/CloudWatch and proactively react to alerts, Perform patch management of the estate using tools including RedHat Satellite and Ansible
- Remediate any security vulnerabilities within a timely manner. Participate in an out-of-hours on call Rota
- Support COTS software such as Cloudera, Tableau, Informatica, IBM i2 etc.
- Assist with the SDLC of hardware and AWS services.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge-based articles
- Manage SSL certificates and their renewals. Oversee user and permission management
Key Skills and experience :
- Experience in AWS cloud technologies and services
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Technology Services.
- An up-to-date understanding of best practice in technical design and build for cloud infrastructure services
- Ability to interpret and apply business design and functional requirements
- Experience with formal development methodologies (e.g. Prince2, RUP, Scrum, Agile)
- An opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into regulated industries and relevant regulations
- Familiarity of using backlog tools such as JIRA
- Working experience in Agile methodologies & agile ceremonies
Practitioner knowledge in AWS cloud technology, system delivery experience, good communication skills, produce technical/system functional and non-functional requirements that are aligned to meet agreed acceptance/ definition of ready criteria.
- Desirable experience in Knowledge of data science tools, data analytics, technical & functional understanding of design and build of IT systems, produce and maintain
- product artefact s, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to drive business outcomes.
- Tooling, Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, Tableau, knowledge of developer tools and IDEs
- Good to have experience in AWS core services, Data Analytics tools, R and Python language, application support process, technical documentation, design software solutions.
- Experience of working in AWS Cloud environment and delivery of IT products using Agile Scrum methodology.
