@Techohana are looking for experienced salesforce developers who are committed to delivering results for an automotive company.


Role Overview:


A university is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team in the higher education sector on a contract basis. As a key contributor to their organisation, you will play a vital role in utilising Salesforce solutions to enhance their operations, student experiences, and overall success in the higher education industry.


Key Responsibilities:



Salesforce Implementation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions that meet the unique needs of the higher education sector.


Data Analysis: Analyse and manage data within the Salesforce platform to ensure accurate reporting, efficient workflows, and data-driven decision-making.


Student Lifecycle Management: Develop and maintain Salesforce functionalities related to student enrollment, retention, and engagement, ensuring a seamless and positive student experience.


Collaboration: Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, student services, and IT teams to drive Salesforce-driven initiatives that align with the goals of our institution.



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on the higher education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including data modeling, configuration, and customisation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, CRM functionalities, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with student information systems or higher education technology solutions is a plus.
