Role: Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Day Rate: £500 Per Day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 Months
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications client and contribute to the success of their Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce CPQ Implementation:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet the specific needs of the telecommunications client.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
System Integration:
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CPQ and other systems within the client's environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to enhance overall system performance.
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and configuration details.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
