Job Description

Role: Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Day Rate: £500 Per Day (Outside IR35)

Contract Length: 6 Months

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications client and contribute to the success of their Salesforce CPQ implementation.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce CPQ Implementation:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet the specific needs of the telecommunications client.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with business users to gather and document functional requirements.

System Integration:

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CPQ and other systems within the client's environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to enhance overall system performance.

Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and configuration details.
  • Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications industry processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
