As Head of Sales, you will establish agents and an in-house team, bringing energy, vision and knowledge of geography around their North operational patch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote best practices throughout the company, including leading the sales function, setting budgets, implementing strategies, minimising risks, maximising opportunities, and achieving targets.
- Ensure site sales rates and prices are optimised for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Appoint, lead, develop, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure they are fully motivated and performing at their best.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities, initiatives, and customer trends.
- Coordinate with the Build team to ensure plots are completed, cleaned, and finished to a high standard before handing them over to customers, ensuring proper customer service post-handover.
About You:
- Demonstrated relevant management experience in a fast-paced property sales environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet company expectations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Capability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders and potential customers from diverse backgrounds.
