As an Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for generating outbound sales leads to expand existing account footprint and drive conversations with new clients. Our Inside Sales Representatives are instrumental in bringing conversations about Peregrine’s solutions to our clients, identifying needs and opportunities, and booking meetings for our sales teams to discuss.


Roles & Responsibilities​

  • High levels of outbound customer contact​ – using multiple digital channels, alongside large amounts of outbound phone calls.
  • We have a huge suite of sales technologies including – LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Linkedin Recruiter, Hinterview, Hubspot, Bullhorn, Cognism, LeadLeaper. and email tools to identify and understand their pain points and identify ways in which our products can address them. ​
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key individuals and decision makers within your target customer sector​ – in this case Retail, Transport and Media.
  • Working with cross-functional sales and delivery teams to arrange meetings and demos.​
  • Attending customer meetings to develop your own sales skills and helping Peregrine to gain traction within key new logos.​
  • Building targeted, sector-specific client lists in Cognism and Leadleaper.
  • Managing those engagements through HubSpot sales sequence to an opportunity.​
  • Keeping accurate records of all client communications on our CRM system (Bullhorn/Hubspot).​
  • ​Complete market analysis and monitor market trends and competitor activities to help shape messaging and hit bespoke client objectives.
  • Leading with relevant Peregrine case studies from clients within the same industry sector, to gain instant confidence and credibility.
  • Working collaboratively within the sector tram to building bespoke scripts and messaging, with the support of your sector Growth Director.
  • Achieving specific KPIs – outboard activity, meetings booked/converted, digital content delivered.


Experience required:

Essential:

  • Sales experience within a highly targeted outbound telesales ​environment.
  • Comfortable making high level outbound calls to new customers and contacts.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to use multiple channels of engagement – including phone, Linkedin, sales automation tools.
  • Excellent objection handling skills, with the Impact and Influence required to help challenge their current methods of talent engagement.
  • A focus on delighting customers through every engagement, as we pride ourselves on maintaining a huge customer retention rate.


Desirable:


  • Knowledge of RTD (recruit, train, deploy) solutions within the UK recruitment market.
  • Experience as a recruitment consultant or resource in a former role, with good knowledge of the various recruitment solutions on the market.
