Salary: £55k-£65k+ bonus (up to 20%), share options, private medical and more

The role
We are looking for a commercially sharp, results-driven National Account Manager to lead on key grocery relationships and deliver ambitious growth plans. This is a chance to step into a highly visible role at a critical stage of the brand's growth journey. You will take full ownership of your accounts, play a central role in shaping strategy, and lead on both new business and day-to-day performance. It is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be part of something with purpose and pace.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and delivery of growth across key grocery accounts, taking full ownership of your commercial targets
- Build trusted, collaborative partnerships with retail buyers, backed by clear communication and strong negotiation
- Drive new business wins with compelling sales stories and best-in-class joint business planning
- Use category, sales, and shopper insight to shape decisions and influence retailer thinking
- Take the lead on customer marketing activity, ensuring the brand lands with impact in-store and online
- Manage forecasting and reporting across your accounts, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment
Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience in UK grocery account management, ideally including time on Tesco or other major retailers
- A strong track record of delivering commercial growth and developing account relationships
- Confident in negotiating and comfortable working across the full P&L
- Sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to shape strategy and spot opportunity
