The Role


As a Project Manager, you’ll dive into challenging and high-profile projects, meeting clients to establish requirements, and modelling complex designs.


Our client expecting to double in size over the next 12 months, so this is a brilliant opportunity to join and develop your career growth in this unique field of building simulation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead consultancy projects, ensuring seamless external communications and internal coordination across global tams.
  • Take charge of consultancy activities, from planning to execution.
  • Define specifications, create quotations, supervise work, write reports, liaise with clients, and organise invoicing.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants on technical and project management aspects.


About you


We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Building Physics and expertise in Virtual Environment Software - ideally IES.


Essential:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Virtual Environment experience, including energy modelling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder meetings, providing clear analysis and insights


Desirable:

  • Knowledge of UK building regulations (Part L Section 6)
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, controls, and modelling
  • Understanding of green buildings such as BREEAM, NABERS, LEED, etc
