Land Manager |📍 Location: London - Mayfair - Hybrid | Salary: 💰up to £85,000 + bonus + benefits


⚡🌳UK based firm that specialises in combined heat and power (CHP) energy solutions. They offer a comprehensive service that includes the development, financing, and operation of CHP plants across the country.

Their primary focus is on the horticultural sector, providing businesses in this industry with cost-effective and efficient energy solutions. They are also known for their technological innovation and ability to tailor their solutions to meet the specific needs of their clients.


The Job:

This role will identify and acquire suitable sites for battery energy storage systems (BESS) ⚡, wind, and solar projects within designated target areas. You will work closely with landowners and agents to negotiate leases and easements, ensuring projects are ready for development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Background in energy development or land promotion, with a focus on project development.
  • Desire to take ownership of individual projects and be measured by their success.
  • Comfortable initiating contact through cold or warm leads.
  • Understanding of the planning system as it relates to energy developments.
  • Interest in renewables development with an existing network in the industry.
  • Experience using mapping, systems, and prospecting software.
