/together is one of the most powerful and diverse coalitions in the UK - one that everyone is invited to join, from community groups across the country to some of the UK’s best-known organisations. Chaired by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Steering Group includes a broad range of organisations and individuals from the NHS and ITV, to the Scouts, UK Sport, TikTok and Business in the Community.
We have successfully run large scale public engagement campaigns like Thank You Day and the Big Help Out for many years, and have a growing focus on Cohesion efforts like Together for Humanity. We have excellent relationships with many corporate partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE;
Building on the success of our existing Corporate relationships, we are looking for an experienced Corporate partnership or fundraising manager to further expand our reach into the for-profit sector. Building key partnerships across a number of sectors with an interest in Social Connection, you will be able to secure financial support or gifts in kind to assist /together in our 2025 plans and campaigns.
OVERVIEW OF SERVICES;
- To support key relationships with existing corporate partners and encourage deeper connection and support.
- To prospect and engage new corporate partners with an interest in our work.
- Generate financial support or gifts in kind through key relationships with partners.
- To ensure corporate stakeholders are well supported and informed, and the relationship with /together and our partners well stewarded.
- Working closely with Chief Executive, to pipeline and plan for ongoing corporate engagement and management.
DETAILS OF THE DELIVERABLES TO BE ACHIEVED IN THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES;
- A key set of relationships to support each major /together campaign in 2025.
- Build on existing pipeline to secure financial support in the region of £500,000 over the next 12-18 months.
- In kind or other gifts of support that helps to deliver our aims.
- Customer or staff facing engagement from key corporate partners for our 2025 Big Help Out campaign.
- Key relationships mapped, with ongoing stewardship plans agreed.
WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU BRING?
Essential
- Excellent people skills & ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Strong demonstrable understanding of the Business & Corporate sector.
- Ability to remain politically sensitive in discussions on complex issues.
- Proven ability to take ideas from inception to action.
- Experience in building advocacy campaigns.
Desirable
- Existing relationships with key Corporate organisations.
Time span: October 2024 - February 2024
(Initial contract, ongoing engagement is possible subject to successful development of plans)
Time commitment: To be confirmed, suggested 2/3 days per week.
Fees: Day rates are negotiable, suggested to be in the region of £300-£400 per day
