About the Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our client as a Fragrance Expert, with the opportunity to grow into supporting the accessories department, including leather goods, pens, and other luxury items.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn about fragrance and luxury products while delivering exceptional client service.


While prior experience with fragrance is not mandatory, we are seeking someone with a genuine interest in learning about this category. We expect the individual to provide top-notch customer service, aligning with our high standards of luxury retail.


Over time, this role will evolve to include assisting with accessories sales as a secondary mission, helping the team deliver excellence across all product categories.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Fragrance Expertise: Provide exceptional guidance and recommendations on our fragrance offerings, building expertise in the category.
  • Client Engagement: Deliver personalized customer service, ensuring each client has a memorable shopping experience.
  • Accessory Sales Support: As a secondary mission, assist in selling accessories such as leather goods, pens, and other luxury products.
  • Sales Targets: Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales goals, ensuring both individual and team targets are met.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, creating an inviting and luxury environment for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team, sharing product knowledge and customer insights to elevate the overall experience.
