Our client is a leading international firm with a strong global presence. It has established itself as one of the market-leading offerings across the full spectrum of Restructuring matters in the London market. Its clients include major financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and global corporates. The team advises on a broad range of work including distressed debt, turnaround and recovery, and refinancing's.


As this award-winning team continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an associate (3-7 PQE) with a strong track record of experience in Restructuring matters.


The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:


  • Strong experience of advising clients on restructuring matters - ideally within the financial services, retail, and real estate sectors.
  • Experience working on finance and intercreditor agreements, and also within special situations.
  • An ability to build strong internal and external relationships, with experience gained on matters involving multiple jurisdictions a distinct advantage.
