Our client is a US law firm based in London is seeking a Restructuring Senior Associate with a background in Restructuring and Insolvency law. The ideal candidate should have a strong background of insolvency expertise to support clients in the field of financial and corporate restructuring, contributing to the management of complex restructuring and insolvency matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation for clients in financial restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy cases.
  • Handle complex debt restructuring, distressed asset sales, and corporate insolvency matters.
  • Assist with negotiations, creditor agreements, and reorganization plans.
  • Work on a variety of restructuring and insolvency transactions across different industries and sectors.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers within the firm's well-established Restructuring Department.


Requirements:

  • Strong background in Restructuring and Insolvency law.
  • Exceptional legal drafting and research skills specific to Restructuring matters.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities in Restructuring contexts.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment while managing complex restructuring cases.
