Job: Field Sales Representative

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £40,000 + Car + Commission


Job Summary:


The Field Sales Representative for Medical Products Business is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and new clients, and promoting the company’s medical products. This role requires extensive travel within the designated territory to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Conduct regular meetings to promote products and gather feedback.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Present and demonstrate medical products to potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and ensure proper product usage.
  • Attend industry events to promote products and network.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance.
  • Use CRM software to manage client information and sales activities.
  • Analyse sales data for trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback to product development for improvements.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.


Experience:


  • 3-5 years in field sales, preferably in medical products or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Understanding of medical products and healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Working Conditions:
