Techmunity are hiring for a backend leaning Staff Software Engineer on behalf of a Series A AI Startup with offices across the UK and US.


They are using AI & LLMs to build products that are used by hundreds of customers generating millions of pounds in revenue – and they’re just getting started.


In the last 12 months alone they've tripled their ARR to $3M per year, and are projecting to do the same in 2025 - this is great timing to join.


They've built a diverse & multicultural elite team made up of people who've worked at top tier companies like Meta, Spotify, Revolut - and universities including Oxford, Harvard and MIT.


They are looking for a Staff Software Engineer who:


Is experienced building products within startup environments

Enjoys the thought of shipping code multiple times a day

Can contribute to & expand on their tech stack of Python (FastAPI, Flask), AWS/GCP, Terraform, Typescript, React.js, Vercel


For this Staff Software Engineer role they are offering upto £150,000 + equity, awesome parental & annual leave policies, health insurance and many more.


They’re based in London and come together to work in a hybrid fashion, so are looking for people who value in-person collaboration at least once per week.
