Job Opportunity: Deputy Director within the defence sector.


About the Role:

Our client is looking for 3 Deputy Directors with CIPS/MCIPS to oversee a series of highly complex procurement projects involving teams of 50-100. The roles will shape and deliver commercial strategies for strategic defence programmes and will involve developing and delivering robust procurement strategies for construction, infrastructure and estates projects, some involving PFI initiatives.


Work type: Hybrid

Location: Glasgow, Whittington, Andover

Contract length: 6 -18 months


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver agreed programme of procurements
  • Deliver a robust procurement strategy ensuring value for money
  • Ensure that projects adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
