Executive PA Support| Inside IR35 role I Hybrid -Edinburgh( (Preferably from Scotland) | 6 Months -Extendable| Public Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide executive PA support to a dynamic Senior Leadership Team, including the Executive Director and other key members. This is a critical role where you will be directly involved in supporting senior leadership, managing complex communication, and contributing to the success of high-level projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team, managing emails, calendars, and correspondence.

Direct inquiries and commission work from a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers, judicial members, and justice partners.

Report on actions from Executive Change and Action Boards by collating and analyzing management information provided by the Change LABS.

Provide secretariat services, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, and completing relevant tasks for the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team.

Ensure internal deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.

Maintain clear and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Undertake specific project work for the Executive Director or Senior Leadership Team and assist with various miscellaneous duties as required.

Provide reliable, ad-hoc data to support the Executive Director's decision-making process.

The Ideal Candidate:

Highly self-motivated, with an independent and proactive approach.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences and situations.

Prior experience working in a PA or Executive Support role.

Excellent ability to assimilate complex and sometimes conflicting information to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.

Deadline-oriented and execution-focused, with a track record of achieving results.

Ability to navigate resistance and ambiguity while maintaining strong relationships.

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation.
