What you’ll be doing as a Assistant General Manager:

Assisting and deputising for the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a successful property
Coaching and mentoring other Managers, Heads of Department, and Supervisors
Taking responsibility for revenue, profit, and guest experience targets
Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, and stock control
Training and developing team members
