Role Overview:  

You are an ambitious, highly driven, high performing sales executive with a passion for delivering results.

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving lead referrals and conversions through our strategic partnerships with leading POS channel partners.

You'll build exceptional relationships with individuals in partner sales and account management teams, generating leads, close deals, and ensuring GiftTrees becomes their preferred partner.

You will be a natural relationship builder who holds themselves to the highest levels of performance with a determination to pitch, persuade, and close deals against continuously high targets.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Build strong relationships with sales and account management teams at channel partners to secure consistent restaurant referrals
  • Accompany partners on sales calls with their existing and new customers, helping to pitch and close deals for GiftTrees
  • Meet monthly lead targets from each channel partner, ensuring consistent performance against a realistic forecast
  • Provide product support and training to ensure partners have all the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Spend time onsite and in the field with partners, riding along with sales teams and providing hands-on support during customer meetings.
  • Own your reporting and performance targets, taking accountability for results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Attend frequent partner events and trade shows.

Key Competencies and Skills:  

  • Proven 'closer' who consistently beats targets on referrals and sales
  • Articulate, accurate and with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive relationship-builder: Capable of nurturing strong relationships with partner sales teams to deliver leads
  • Excellent pitching and closing skills: Proven track record in closing deals and hitting KPIs, with confidence delivering compelling presentations to potential customers.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator: Able to engage partners and internal teams alike
  • A self-starter who can balance multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
  • Able to pivot and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Passion for purpose: A desire to work with socially conscious partners and make a positive impact on the environment and society.

Experience:  

  • 3+ years in a B2B sales role, ideally hospitality/tech/POS
  • Proven experience in building relationships, pitching, and closing deals against set metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho or similar)
  • Experience working to specific forecasts and budgets, with accountability for monthly lead and revenue targets.

Willingness to travel and spend time onsite with partners
