Responsibilities:- Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and explaining energy products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing business customers, helping them secure the best energy contracts.
- Manage your own portfolio, retaining clients at renewal and growing your customer base.
- Achieve sales and efficiency goals while developing deep industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulations in the energy industry.
- Experience in a similar role involving cold-calling is preferred but not essential.
- Motivated and eager to take advantage of the incomparable earning potential of working in energy sales.
- Able to easily build relationships with key decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn on every sale, with realistic OTEs: £27.5k (Year 1), £45k (Year 2), £60k+ (Year 3).
- Monday to Friday hours (08:15 – 16:15), lunchtime finish on Fridays if target hit
- Casual dress code.
- Modern, high-spec offices with a roof terrace and panoramic views of Liverpool.
- Generous monthly, quarterly and annual incentives, and team outings.
- 80% of admin work dealt with by other teams, which leaves you just to sell.
