Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our manufacturing company in London. The HRBP will work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker who can influence, guide, and support the business through a wide range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support on a range of topics including performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with business needs.
  • Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning, employee development, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Partner with the leadership team to implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and improve overall HR performance.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives, supporting the business through organizational growth and transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use HR metrics for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change management initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support organizational goals.
