Job Description: We are seeking a commercially astute Associate Director or Associate Project Manager (Construction Project Management) with Healthcare sector experience to join our London Real Estate team.


With the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium sized complex commissions and supporting major complex new build schemes in London, this is a defined opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market leading Healthcare Division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to medium sized complex commissions and support major complex new build schemes in London
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals. Qualifications
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle


Experience Required:

  • Experience working for a Construction Consultancy successfully delivering Healthcare sector projects in London (Ideally Associate level Project Manager)
  • Degree qualified in relevant construction, real estate, or project management discipline
  • Professional membership desirable, such as MRICS or MCIOB
