Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • proactively source top talent using a variety of methods, from crafting compelling job ads to leveraging social media and industry networks.
  • screening and video/ face to face interviewing shortlisted candidates, preparing CV’s and candidate profiles, obtain verbal employment references
  • ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date on industry trends and market insights to advise clients and candidates on market conditions and recruitment strategies.
  • and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • to the team's success by exceeding recruitment targets and achieving departmental goals. Your drive and ambition will be celebrated


Requirements:

No prior recruitment experience required. We're seeking individuals with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

For Experienced Consultants: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the sectors we work in.


Salary:

Trainee Consultants: Starting from £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Experienced Consultants: Salary upwards of £30,000, negotiable based on experience.
