Senior Sales Manager - Engineering Manufacturing (B2B)

Location: South Wales | Hybrid Working. 3 days a week in office

Salary: Up to £60k + Car, Bonus, and Benefits

Your Responsibilities:


- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team.

- Engage with key decision-makers across various industries, nurturing and securing lucrative commercial relationships.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve commercial targets.

- Respond agilely to sales tenders and master the art of negotiation.

- Champion and develop your team, driving performance and identifying growth opportunities.

- Ensure the sales engine runs smoother and faster than ever.


About You:


- Proven track record of leading sales teams to success.

- Strategic thinker with a pulse on industry trends.

- Background in a similar industry sector is highly desirable.

- Recent experience or qualifications in the engineering sector are a bonus.
