Senior Sales Manager - Engineering Manufacturing (B2B) Location: South Wales | Hybrid Working. 3 days a week in office
Salary: Up to £60k + Car, Bonus, and Benefits

As they experience unprecedented growth, they're looking for a dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to spearhead one of their prime business sectors.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve commercial targets.
- Respond agilely to sales tenders and master the art of negotiation.
- Champion and develop your team, driving performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensure the sales engine runs smoother and faster than ever.

Proven track record of leading sales teams to success.
- Recent experience or qualifications in the engineering sector are a bonus.
