Location: London, UK (Onsite - 3 Days per Week)

Pay: £330 per day (Umbrella)


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Operations Specialist to support trade finance transactions and ensure smooth operations. The role requires extensive technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and SMEs in Trade Finance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse trade finance transactions across multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and support risk mitigation efforts.
  • Continuously develop expertise in trade finance procedures and systems.
  • Adhere to internal and Head Office procedures to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support strategic initiatives, create workflows, and participate in merger projects.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Trade Finance products and relevant ICC publications.
  • Familiarity with Money Laundering procedures and sanction policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of SWIFT Alliance.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of the banking industry with strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience with project governance and EMEA Hub operations.


Requirements:

  • English proficiency at C2 level.
  • Onsite presence required 3 days per week in London. No flexibility.
