My client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a talented and ambitious solicitor to join their thriving property litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with 2-5 years PQE to develop their expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will become a key member of the property litigation team, working on a broad range of disputes involving commercial and residential property. The team represents high-profile household names, alongside developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and private clients.

This is a role that offers real progression. You will be encouraged to take ownership of cases under supervision while gaining hands-on experience working alongside partners on complex, high-value disputes. The firm places significant emphasis on professional development, providing solicitors with opportunities to refine their legal skills, expand their industry knowledge, and build their professional network through business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of property disputes for commercial and residential clients
  • Handling new enquiries from both new and existing clients
  • Conducting legal research, drafting correspondence, and preparing legal documents
  • Assisting senior solicitors and partners on complex, high-value matters
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining financial management of files
  • Producing insightful legal articles and contributing to training sessions
  • Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
