Are you an accomplished leader in the world of contract catering, with a proven track record in managing complex operations for high-end clients? We are seeking a Catering General Manager to helm a multifaceted operation in the heart of London, delivering excellence across staff dining, retail, and hospitality services.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 30+ staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and high performance.
  • Manage and streamline operations across multiple service areas, ensuring consistency and quality in every aspect of the business.
  • Engage with our high-end corporate clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Drive profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and innovative service delivery.
  • Lead by example, mentor staff, and cultivate talent to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience in contract catering, preferably within a corporate or high-end environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing similar operations, with the ability to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, inspire, and grow a diverse team.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
