Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. With an eclectic mix of properties and new openings to suit your personality and style, this really is an exciting time to join a people focused and progressive operations led business.

The Queens Headis our Brewpub and creative kitchen in the heart of Shoreditch. Your go to pub for all things beer, we bring in some of the best International beers and local craft thatcontinuouslychange on tap along with some brilliant beers by the bottle. Food is important too, with ourkitchen serving up the best in British seasonal classics, and pub fare to die for.

The Role

  • As General Manager you oversee all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
  • Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
  • Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • This role would also suit an aspiring Deputy General Manager looking for their first General Manager position as youwill be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

  • Must have minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager depending on the property being looked at

  • An entrepreneurial flare
  • Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun
