Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Operate the switchboard, handling internal and external enquiries.
  • Manage emails, incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, set up IT/audio-visual equipment, and arrange refreshments.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and supplier contracts.
  • Assist with corporate events, security wristbands, and event logistics.
  • Maintain parking schedules and manage invoicing for external bookings.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous reception experience within a corporate environment is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
