Hours: Full-time/Part-time, Weekends required.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable Clinical Receptionist to join our welcoming healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys providing high-quality patient care and administrative support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:


• Welcoming patients warmly and professionally


• Managing appointment scheduling and patient bookings


• Handling phone inquiries courteously and efficiently


• Assisting with patient registration and updating patient records


• Processing payments and handling financial transactions


• Ensuring reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming


• Other administrative tasks

Skills and Qualifications:


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency with computer systems


• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment


• Friendly and empathetic attitude

Experience:


• Previous experience as a medical receptionist is beneficial but not essential


• Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued
