Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drug sourcing, coupled with exceptional client interaction skills. This role is crucial in managing key accounts, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and overseeing the sourcing and delivery of clinical trial supplies.


Key Responsibilities:

Drug Sourcing:

  • Lead the sourcing of drug products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best quality and pricing.
  • Monitor the supply chain to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.


Client Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and ensure they are met with tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of clinical trial supplies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.


Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of drug sourcing projects.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.


Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in drug sourcing within the pharmaceutical or clinical trial industry.
  • Strong background in account management with a focus on client interaction, ideally in the clinical trial supplies sector.
  • Project management experience is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a strategic approach to sourcing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
