Join a leading service provider to the clinical trial industry, specialising in the sourcing and supply of critical drug products. Work closely with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and research institutions to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of clinical trial materials.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing key accounts, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and overseeing the sourcing and delivery of clinical trial supplies.

Lead the sourcing of drug products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
Negotiate terms with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best quality and pricing.
Monitor the supply chain to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.

Client Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of clinical trial supplies.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of drug sourcing projects.
Work closely with project teams to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
Proven experience in drug sourcing within the pharmaceutical or clinical trial industry.
Strong background in account management with a focus on client interaction, ideally in the clinical trial supplies sector.
Project management experience is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
