Role Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Partnerships Director with deep knowledge of the beauty industry to join our team. This role involves driving our commercial strategy and fostering robust relationships with top brands, leading beauty groups, and retailers. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and leverage their strong industry insights to uncover significant business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a targeted partnership strategy that aligns with Odore's business objectives and focuses on the beauty sector.
  • Actively identify and engage with potential partners including global brands and retail groups to expand business and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they are fully engaged and receive outstanding support.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that are advantageous and align with our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective partnership campaigns, ensuring commercial viability.
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance, leveraging data to drive decisions and enhance the effectiveness of the partnership program.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and shifts within the beauty market to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in partnership management or business development within the beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful partner programs and drive substantial revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining long-term relationships.
  • Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of using insights to drive business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics and trends, especially within the beauty sector.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
