Who they are looking for?

Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Talent to lead their talent and management operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the broadcast and digital entertainment landscape, and a proven track record of building relationships with top-tier talent across various media platforms. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and retaining a diverse range of talent, while also ensuring the highest level of representation for their clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, recruitment, and management of top talent across both broadcast (TV, film, radio) and digital (social media influencers, YouTubers, podcasters, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, networks, production companies, digital platforms, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor a team of talent agents and managers, providing guidance, strategic direction, and support to maximize their success
  • Cultivate relationships with broadcasters, digital platforms, agencies, and production companies to create opportunities for talent placements and collaborations
  • Ensure the agency’s talent is represented authentically and ethically across all platforms, fostering positive relationships between talent and their audiences


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent management, with a focus on broadcast and digital talent.
  • Extensive network within the entertainment industry, particularly in broadcast and digital media
  • Strong track record of successfully identifying, signing, and managing talent across various formats and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse personalities and stakeholders
