The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, excellent communication and organisational skills.


Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Dealing with customer calls and emails, answering any queries and escalating where necessary
  • Assist internal teams with customer requests, ensuring jobs are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Updating customers at each stage or order progression
  • Maintaining accurate data in the inhouse system


As Customer Service Advisor, you will require:

  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team


This is a temporary role to start ASAP, you will be immediately available or available at a short notice.
