The Firm

A leading law firm with multiple UK offices, providing top-tier legal services to a diverse client base, including corporations, charities, housing associations, and private individuals. With 350+ employees and a growing international presence, the firm is known for its full-service expertise and dynamic growth.

The Team

The Securitisation team is a key part of the firm, handling high-value property transactions for social housing providers, care homes, charities, and private developers. Operating across multiple locations, they work on everything from small developments to large-scale portfolios.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive Team Administrator to provide essential support to our Leeds-based legal team and assist colleagues across other offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admin Support: Filing, photocopying, handling post, archiving, and arranging couriers.
  • Transaction Management: Overseeing post-completion registrations and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Marketing & BD: Assisting with business development materials and client communications.
  • File & Workflow Management: Keeping digital and physical records organized and providing updates to senior team members.

What You'll Need

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills (auto-numbering, bookmarks, track changes).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
