We are partnered with a fashion and accessories brand who requires an experienced commercial Merchandise Manager, to drive trade within this fast growing diverse brand.


You will have commercial acumen and be experienced at analysing sales and range planning, trading and forecasting and negotiating sales and budgets.


Key responsibilities:


Ensure plans and forecasts are maintained in line with strategy.

Analysing sales data.

Present and advice category teams on required next steps, supported by sales data.

Drive OTB strategy and activity.

Hold review sales targets and OTB meetings

Tracking actuals vs planned KPIs in season and react in accordance with the business needs

Range plan

Evaluate, present and trade based on sales and commercial insights.

Identify opportunities for optimisation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create solutions to solve issues.

Develop, train and build the merchandising team further

ECommerce skills are a must

Experience of merchandising wholesale

An inspiring,agile and reactive leader


Candidate skills


Strong communications skills

Warm and engaging character, with a passion for working and building cross departmental relationships

Strong data analysis skills

commercial visionary

Strong Microsoft and system knowledge

Proven experience of management or mentoring


This role is Based in Brighton, and requires the candidate to be in for 3 days a week, with flexible start and finish times.
