About the Job:

Paul McFadden Wealth Ltd is looking to recruit an International Investment Ambassador to join our team.


You will work as part of our management team, supporting them to deliver first-class service to our clients.


With your language skills (Latin American Spanish and English) and your knowledge of the UK and Costa Rican property markets, you will be the team’s key liaison between our network of property sourcers and investors that we have in Costa Rica, and our UK-based investor clients and sourcers.


Key components of the role:

• Interface for the PMW clients based in the UK looking to invest in property opportunities sourced in Costa Rica and connected Latin American countries.

• Interface for the clients and contacts registered with our Costa Rican sister company and contacts who are looking to invest in the UK property market.

• Able to communicate in English and Spanish (Latin American version rather than Castilian version) to Level B1.

• Willingness to travel between our UK HQ, our UK investment sites, and our company/project sites in Costa Rica.

• Knowledgeable in the residential property conveyancing processes in the UK and in Costa Rica.

• Applicant must successfully complete our Property Jumpstart and Property Protege training programmes.

• Knowledge in some of our Admin Systems would be advantageous (Monday CRM, Google Workspace, Eventbrite, GoHighLevel, Xero).

• Approachable and personality for working with our clients and service providers.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors level equivalent degree most desirable

• UK A/HIgher level equivalent qualifications for minimum threshold


Working Details:

• The core working hours will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

• However, on event/seminar days, you will be required to work outside of these core hours.

• There are also opportunities for overtime or time back in lieu.

• The ability to be flexible and available for weekend, early and late shifts is desirable.

• Salary: £40,000 per year.
