Our client is a leading Salesforce consulting firm that works predominantly in the insurance and financial services sector. They work on medium and large-scale projects and take a solution-oriented approach. Many of their projects involve implementing Salesforce from the ground up under tight deadlines.


Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce consultant with a demonstrated track record of solving complex problems, executing system-wide improvements, and overseeing process transformation. The ideal candidate will be confident liaising with stakeholders from different departments and overseeing the implementation of key recommendations. The consulting team is tight-knit and collaborative so the ability to strategize effectively with colleagues is a must.


Essential experience


  • Proven experience in a Salesforce consulting capacity
  • Experience of Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Analytics Cloud
  • A proven track record of hands-on Salesforce configuration
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders while taking ownership of strategies and recommendations
  • Ability to build relationships and demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Ability to plan for each phase, and ensure the company's capacity and readiness prior to implementation.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, updating and escalating them as required.


The position will be fully remote. It offers a competitive salary up to £70K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
