The Role:



Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for technology and numbers? We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to streamline processes and implement new systems across the company. In this role, you will:


  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with finance, operations, and administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyse and Improve: Use your analytical skills to sift through data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Educate and Support: Act as a bridge between departments, fixing mistakes, educating team members, and introducing new technologies.
  • Hands-On Involvement: Conduct training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and explain new processes to ensure seamless operations.



Your ability to see the big picture while diving into the details will be crucial in this multi-faceted role. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations, making a significant impact on the overall success of the business.





Key Responsibilities:


- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.

- Implement new systems and technologies.

- Provide training and support to team members.

- Troubleshoot issues and introduce new processes.
