CleeAI is on a mission to make all data instantly accessible, accurate, and trusted. The Role:
As our Product Designer (Growth Focus), you'll be a user experience (UX) champion, leveraging your product background to design and iterate on features that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention within our AI search engine. You'll have a deep understanding of user behaviour in search and translate that knowledge into intuitive and compelling user interfaces (UIs).
We're looking for someone who demonstrably matches the following criteria:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features/products across a variety of platforms.
- A portfolio or case study that demonstrates great product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills, a clear process and impact (results)
- Proven track record of working in a high-growth tech environment and contributing to the success of a product or service.
- Strategic product thinking with the experience of understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
- Solid understanding of product management principles, including user research, user experience (UX) design, prototyping, and user testing.
- Proficiency in Figma and other common design tools and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of end-to-end design process from ideation to launch and ability to collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, ensuring that the product meets performance and quality standards
- Passion for AI and the future of search technology.
Nice to have:
- Experience in designing for search interfaces and a deep understanding of user behaviour in search engines (SEO/UX).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Head of Product and working with the Growth team to identify user needs and design features that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the AI search engine.
- Conduct user research and translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and end-users, through interviews, surveys, and research, and translate them into clear and concise user stories, ensuring alignment with product vision and goals.
- Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and feature usage.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and translate seamlessly into the product.
- Maintain a user-centric design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UX design and search interfaces, ensuring designs are innovative and competitive.
