Process Improvement Lead with excellent DMAIC, transformational process and process redesign experience skills required by a leading Financial Services company, on a hybrid basis from their London HQ. The role will operate at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / LCS Level 2b.

This is a permanent role, offering a salary of between £80,000 – 95,000 (DOE) + bonus + an excellent benefits package.

This is a greenfield opportunity - you will join a newly established, high calibre Process Improvement team, driving major cultural change across the business. You will be responsible for embedding a continuous improvement culture, delivering end: end process improvement projects, and coaching operational excellence across the organisation.

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must have the following experience:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / LCS Level 2b
  • DMAIC, transformational process & process redesign experience skills
  • Excellent record in the delivery of end: end processes
  • Strong skills in Business Process Management (BPM) tools
  • Ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences
  • Exemplary stakeholder management skills
  • Financial Services exposure

This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established, high calibre Process Improvement team in a highly visible role, where you will spearhead change.

It must be stressed that applicants must have operated at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / LCS Level 2b, have exposure within the Financial Services and be comfortable with weekly on-site presence in London (3 days / week) to be considered.
