We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to join one of our enterprise clients. This role will be responsible for the aid in customer experience through Chatbots specifically products across mobile and web.


Must Haves:

  • 6-8+ years of experience supporting UI/UX within product design
  • Experience with digital product design i.e. chatbots, AI, GenAI
  • Well-versed in customer experience and user testing
  • Great customer service skills with the ability to tell a great story about where we are and where we’re going
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed business requirements
  • Ability to work both in a collaborative team environment but also as an individual contributor

Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking a passionate, customer-centric UI/UX designer to re-invent our customers experience in a simplistic way. The team is expected to be on-site near week Heathrow 3-days a minimum working core hours of 9AM-5:30PM GMT. This team is responsible for all tools used by the customer service and care teams – i.e. chatbots, AI, etc. The main focus of this role will be to launch and manage new products and projects across web and mobile technology. You will be involved in the product innovation space, conceptualizing prototypes through testing, and building out customer journeys. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering new and simplified digital strategies to our customers inline with corporate objectives, on time and within budget. You will be tasked with optimising product design performance using data and user testing to maximise impact, contribute to brainstorming sessions and share your creative ideas, and exploring new design trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve. The ideal candidate will tackle challenges at a macro and micro level across the digital spectrum and have a data-driven mindset to understand the power of analytics and use insights to optimise your designs. Produce and deliver digital strategies inline with corporate objectives, on time and within budget. Must have great communication and presentation skills as this role will provide updates and pitches to stakeholders of all levels. This role works in a collaborative team environment with the expectation of individual contribution among all skill levels. Ability to pick up and learn new technologies is highly recommended.
